3. Candidate Selection and presentation

We present you with the candidate selection. In addition to a shortlist that provides an initial impression, we will share our specific candidate preference with you. Upon request, we can conduct multiple rounds of interviews until we have found the ideal candidate for you.

4. RESULTS OF THE SELECTION COMMITTEE & RANKING

We conduct an evaluation of the candidates and carefully analyze the results. Based on these results, we create a candidate ranking. We establish an order that indicates which applicants are best suited for your open position.

5. Offer and contract
